My hand are always cold?!

Question: ive heard of something called Raynaud's disease which says that the symptoms are, Sequence of color changes in your skin in response to cold or stress, and Numb, prickly feeling or stinging pain upon warming or relief of stress
this applies to what happens to me but it also says that people with Raynauds have "attacks" in which affected areas of your skin usually turn white at first. Then, the areas often turn blue and feel cold and numb, and your sensory perception is dulled.

im not sure that i exactly have these "attacks" but the symptoms sound extremely accurate

You may have this disease but it sounds like you have poor circulation, which has extremely similar symptoms. Check your blood pressure and keep active to keep the blood flowing and warming you.

It's more realistic that you have iron deficiency anemia. I'd go to your doctor to get blood work done to be sure. Good luck!

check your blood sugar.
