Has anyone used tretinoin ? good/bad?!

Question: i'm using the tretinoin 0.025% cream. It makes my acne into huge whiteheads! how long do i need to wait for my skin to clear up?
i know it's suppose to make your skin worse the first few weeks, but i hope it doesn't turn out to be more than a month.

the results of that medication appear in 3 weeks, just wait.

but i must say that not in all patients tretinoin works
