The Vagus nerve and heart issues.?!

Question: So, I've had an ongoing heart "thing" the past few weeks. I have episodes (usually while I go to lay down for the night) where my chest gets a fluttering feeling and my heart skips a beat, sometimes a few times over a few minutes. I've had ekg, Holter monitor, and 2d echo done and they all came up normal. So, I went looking for more information. My symptoms have just recently become more clear to me (meaning I can see beyond the general panicky feeling I get). After these palpitations, I feel a frequent need to urinate, and I get these crazy chill/shaky feelings that seem to start from my gut and radiate to everywhere else. Also, recently I've had unexplained neck/jaw pain in both sides (moreso the left side) and sometimes a "clicking" feeling when I swallow. I read about the Vagus nerve and it's effects and I'm going to the doctor about it soon. What do you guys think about this? Does it sound like I'm spot-on or should I worry about other causes?

You are spot on: the fluttering and urination are commonly seen in arrhythmias, especially atrial tachycardias or PSVT.
The chills and shakes sound like they may be a vagal reaction. The neck/jaw thing if it's not due to a real neck/jaw problem should be checked by a cardiac stress test. This type of test may also serve to induce exertionally related arrhythmia. The clicking I don't know. For the holter to be of help it has to be recording during an episode. Repetitive recordings may be needed or targeted recordings where you record only during an attack bu activating the recorder.

you are having vague non specific symptoms ,it might be HYPOCHONDRIASIS.
consult a psychiatrist.

i sense anxiety -panic attacks ,vagus nerve is way out of track sorry ,its only a conducting cranial 10th nerve its is not a disease entity
