How do people know they have allergies?!
Question: I know some people who says they are allergic to certain foods like beans or strawberries. They said that if they eat it, they will die! How do they know they will die from eating the foods if they have never tried it before?

That's True..See an Allergist or a Physisian that is learned and Trained in Homeopathy...If you have serious allergies like that, you should head immediately to an allergist and have yourself screened for other life threatening allergies to other food and Medications. It's called being Anaphlaxic..you can actually choke do death because the airway closes. Ther are other Toxic Materials that could be affecting you and your health: Pestisides, formaldehyde in carpets, building materials and the like. Ot the Stroids and Pesticides in the Food You eat. Your body builds up an Intolerance to it. That's called Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and it is Not a Joke. Toxic Chemicals in Food, water, chemicals can all be life threatening to an allergic person... It can suppress the Immune System and then your mind temporarily.
Many times a person is Misdiagnosed and simply given psychotropic drugs...ften times the Drugs Prescribed are worse than the symptoms. This is an error and that could include people who have been diagnosed as Autistic! Most Physicians Know nothing anymore of Nutrition. well sometimes they could be exaggerating but not in a bad way. I know I'm veryyy allergic to dogs so i tend to say im deathly allergic because my throat closes up to the point i can't breathe and my eyes get hardcore itchy and red and water that i can't see well and i do feel like i'm going to die.

The only way people usually know that they are allergic is if they've had a life-threatening reaction like anaphylaxis (swelling of the throat closing off the airways), gone to the ER and treated with epinephrine (adrenaline). That's the hard way,and the easy way would be to get skin tested by an allergist, and know what you're allergic to and avoid them.
