Discomforts in sternum that speads to arms?!

Question: I get this discomfort in my sternum area and then it spreds up to my jaw, across the sholders and down the arms to my fingers. When it is in the sternum area I get the feeling where I need to cough. Sometimes that helps. I have had a lot of chest tests done on my heart. I am not clogged up real bad in my heart. Just a little minor stuff, I am 64 years old. I like real butter and whole milk, I don't plan to change that also cheese and summer sausage. I do take a couple of pills for my heart and I have nitro to take at times. I just say discomfort because it is not a bad or sharp pain, just something that I notice. Also the smell of frying things sort of turns my stomach and I loose my appetite quickly....Thanks
