Does this sound like Insomnia?!

Question: I haven't slept hardly at all the past couple of weeks, i just lay in bed for hours and cannont sleep, but i never feel tired, not even the next day, but its like my body is feeling it but im not, if that makes any sense like i have been having horrible headaches, and just feeling really crappy, sluggish, foggy, but not at all tired. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, just trying to see if anybody knows what it could be

You need to check with a doctor. you might be depressed or something.

It sounds like anxiety.

You can get counseling concerning what anxieties you have and some relaxation classes.

You can beat it

Your lack of sleep could be due to a number of things. It could be that your metabolism is faster than normal, it could be because your not expending enough energy during the day, it could be too much stress. It does sound like Insomnia but only your doctor and a proper evaluation by a proffessional can tell you that.

u remind me of myself with ur anxietys and stuff i work out during the day and that helps sleep i also take otc sleeping pills, and think happy thoughts.
