Sweetie, put yourself in his shoes. You would want to know. He can either forgive you or leave you. I know that you are trying to having a child. Is that the reason why you branched out? You really can't because he needs to be aware of this. I would tell him and tell him he needs to go to the doctor. If the situation was reversed you would want him to be honest with you. When you try to lie and cover things up it usually comes back and bites you.
While this is unethical, think about the fact that maybe just maybe you actually got the gonnorhea from your boyfriend. Anyways, just give hime the meds, and say, "Trust me honey, it is for your own good." If he don't trust you, oh well, move on to another, cause you will get reinfected by your boyfriend if he don't take the meds.

Might I just say to be honest with him. If you have it and he has it he needs to be tested and treated as well they should have given you the antibiotic and then you need to tell him If you care about someone you tell them the truth he may not take it well but if he doesn't get treated you will just get it back so as hard as it is just tell him the truth. Wish you the best but you have to tell him.
well ,this situation is quiet difficult.
u can put it in the food, ( if the meds is liquid) or said that it is some vitamins.
or by the hard way, tell him the true.

Stepping outside of your relationship is probably what gave you the gonnorhea. Did yo know the guy?. Does your bf know you cheated on him? You can't give him something he doesn't know about. I wouldn't take something if I didn't know what it was. You need to be honest. Good luck
You really need to just tell him. If you have it and slept with him, there's a good chance he's already experiencing symptoms anyway, and the symptoms are probably not going to disappear as soon as he starts the medication. So, if you don't tell him, there's a good chance he'll figure it out anyway and then he will be even more angry than if you had just told him. He's not going to just take some strange pill without knowing what it is or why, and grinding up the pills and putting them in food may not work, because some medicines need to be swallowed in pill form to be properly dissolved. Sorry, but you're just going to have to face the consequences of your actions.
