If u r experiencing pain over precordium ( area around heart ) Any radiation to neck ,left arm and back & pain subsided by taking rest all these are signs of effort angina means the oxygen requirment of body is not being full filled by heart when climbing . U shud see a cardiologist & get an ECG done -but many times in Angina ECG may be normal.
If needed get complete cardiac checkup .IF u ar overwt reduce wt ,Change to healthy foods with low fat & high fibre diet. If needed may take blood thining dRugs like ASpirin & clopdogrel.
