Dude you had a fever, ok but then you practiced....lets say you had a fever of 103 F. You ran and got which made it go up...and when your temt. gets past 106 F its starts to boil your brain and slowly kill you. It makes you delirious and feel like crap. It happened to my uncle while farming he kept goin and cooked some of his brain he is pretty forgetfull now, don't ever do it again it kills brain cells and as you know you only get a certain amount of them before you get dumb.Hope you get better, and be safe!!

hey...it looks like you might have been dehydrated. Especially if you're sick (and you might have had diarrhea?), you might have been dehydrated even before you started Lacrosse practice. When you started playing, your body probably got even more dehydrated because of sweating. I'm glad it resolved. Remember to keep well hydrated, especially with the flu.

drink more water, rest, and see your doctor to rule out a medical cause.

Your body wants you to rest when you're sick so it can do what it has to do to get you well. What you were doing sounds like just the opposite. Isn't lacrosse conditioning rather extreme? I mean being sick and all. Common sense is what you need.
