Question: I have the stomach flu more or less.
I got it last night at around eleven p.m.
I stayed by the toilet until two, but did not throw up.
My stomach felt like it was only hungry, so I went to bed.
When I woke up, I felt and still feel queazy.
I am also wondering if I should eat or drink something.

If you haven't vomited for 2 hours or more, it is safe to eat. Best thing to eat is poached egg on toast, gentle on digestion. Also, homemade chicken soup is good, really good. Avoid high fiber, as it will further agitate your stomach.

Ginger is good for settling the stomach. If you don't have fresh ginger, or ginger tea, you can make a ginger tea with the kitchen spice - 1/4 tsp in a cup of hot water. Sweeten with honey (honey will also help). Avoid ginger ale though as most has high fructose corn syrup and other refined sugars - which leads to:

AVOID refined sugars as they suppress the immune system and will make the body unable to battle off the virsu.

There is no need to see a doctor if you have a flu, but drink lots of fluids so you don't get dehydrated. 96oz or so of water should be normal intake. If diarrhea, up that daily intake. Do not take it all at once though - spread it out.

Apple cider vinegar is a good immune booster. Put 1 tsp in a glass of 100% apple juice to take. Also, garlic boosts the immune system. When you start eating, add it to your food or make a simple garlic butter for toast and pasta.

Avoid milk and go to a doc. medicines are must for a stomach flu. But you shd feel good after taking medicines.

Drink lots of water and fluids.
Hope it helps.

Sometimes it helps me to eat something like saltine crackers. There is also the B.R.A.T. (bananas, rice, apples, toast ) diet for nausea and vomiting. Be sure to drink something if you can. Hope you feel better soon.

u might just be hungry, i have had that before when you are soo hungry you feel ill
if you had the stomach flu you would have been vomiting and have diarrhea
if you eat something just eat dry toast and stuff like that and see how that goes
hope you feel better =]

Dont eat or drink dairy and dont eat any thing until u r sure u can keep it down and also drink ginger ale.
if u wanna throw up take pepto bismol or brush ur teeth it wiil make you pukke.
