How come my mouth gets watery before i vomit?!

You automatically start salivating when your getting ready to vomit as an autonomic response to throwing up. If you ever notice, you swallow, then swallow again, then swallow again and all the sudden the vomit comes pouring out. Its just a response to impending emesis. Your salivary glands are hard at work making sure their is enough slippery stuff in your vomit to get it out.
it is a vagal response -one that you don't and can't control.
