your lungs are located on the right and left side of your body just up from your waistline. They are like a cage that protect vital organs like the heart.
if its your upper back that hurts, it may be related. if it;s lower back, probably not

They are inside your ribs from front to back, top to bottom. Your heart sits in the space between them. They have different lobes, so your pneumonia could be in a part of your lungs that reflects to your back causing the pain. Take your medicine and rest, get well soon.
In your torso, right above your stomach. Located right under both of your pectorials.
Thats normal as any surgery to your lungs is done through your back...so that must mean they are close to your back... Hope you get better soon...
Just around the heart area, behind the heart, protected by the ribcage. Wouldn't be surprised if it is your upper back hurting with pneumonia.......
