How do I clear a "block" nose?!

Question: try the Breath Right nose strips..they work wonders for colds and for allergies, to unblock the nose. it is way better than using a nasal spray.. most definitely..your nose can become dependent on the nasal sprays after a while, but the strips are the best way to go. i use them when i need to and they really work.

Well, i always go straight for the Alka Seltzer Plus (for colds)
regular flavor. Within half an hour i'm all dried up. Hope it works!

a nasal spray is the only thing that works--it shrinks the swollen tissue in your nose--and will allow u to breathe again.

I take a steamy shower. It also works to just turn the hot water on and let the bathroom steam up. You can use saline drops, but that can get really annoying. You can repeat those as often as needed. If you need something more long term, I like Actifed.

use a part of a teaspoon of prepared horse radish ,put it on your tongue,, then swallow it ,,,,,i use the for any head block

Try steam inhalation. Bring some water almost to the boil. Pour it into a basin and add a few drops of basic eucalyptus oil or Olbas Oil and inhale the vapours.

First I plug one side of my nose, and pull the opposite cheek up and sniff kind of hard. Do the same to the opposite nostril and cheek. After that I ususlly either use a nasal spray (if you have one). If not, try boiling water and holding your head over it for about 5 to 10 minutes. You may have a sinus infection which does require antibiotics. If it gets bad enough I would go to the doctor and get one. I have always had Z-Pak that works really well. Hope this helps
