Hey, I just typed in "does cinnamon lower blood sugar" in the google. Try it. It gives a lot of info on it.
I've read that some studies show that the use of cinnamon helps lower blood sugar for those with insulin resistance. It's of no benefit to those with Type 1.
As with any regimen, traditional or complementary, it is always a good idea to discuss it first with your endocrinologist before trying it.
