hi, i am a crohn's survivor dxed at the age of 12. if you are bleeding that much, you need to get to a GI as soon as you can. Is there any way you can fly back to the states for treatment b/c if it's a really bad flare, you need to be on something such as Humira, Remicade, 6MP, Imuran, or Entocort. Antibiotics won't cut it unless you have a fistula in the intestinal tract.
The crohn's & colitis foundation of america has a site where you can find tons of information regarding symptoms, newer treatments, surgery, diet, etc. plus you can find a local support group near you.
