Air-exposed semen, I'm pretty sure that HIV just dies out if it is exposed directly to air. So yeah, still a slim chance. But you can get any STD's from it like Hepa A, B, or C.

On a scale of 1 -100, .01. You would have to drink 10 gallons of saliva to get HIV- and realistically- that's not going to happen. As far as air-exposed semen, not a risk either.
