How i a TB shot conducted???!
Question: they take a small amount of the TB reactor in small syringe with a small needle & create a small red bump under the top layers of the skin. Then in 48-72 hours they look to see if the reddened area gets bigger or goes away. If larger, then you have been exposed to TB & will need an Xray to show whether you have it or not & will no longer have to do the test every year, just the Xray, if red area stays same or goes away, then you have not been exposed.

they grab a needle and stick it in your arm, then check to make sure it doesnt get bigger and give you some rash looking thing on your arm, a little redness is ok.
