You can put an ice cube in some paper towel, and hold it on it to take some swelling down.
Then apply hemorrhoid cream.
Use a stool softener, so you have soft poo.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water to keep the poo soft.
go see a doctor. It has to be properly taken care of because if it gets infected (and it will be in that location) then you're in real big troube
Go get some Tuck's medicated pads and some Preparation H from the drugstore.
Other then taking medication, a very hot bath works wonders. Make sure you can control the bleeding, first then the hot bath.
u can use the advised remedies for immediate relief but severe pain or bleeding leading to anemia are indications for surgery to take it out.
The only cure is removal. That requires a surgeon. Go see your doctor.
First thing in the morning, sqeeze a whole lemon into a glass of milk and drink it.Repeat this for upto 5 days.
