I think you should go to the emergency if your regular doctor is not able to see you right away. Blood pressure is not something you want to risk, it means that your heart is working way more than it normally should. The doctors will do an EKG, and blood work to make sure your heart is not enlarged and they will go from there.
They do have pills to lower the blood pressure, so please do go get it checked out as soon as you can.
