honey...BEST skin treatment...it keeps the skin moisturized and soft. Also, it's high level of sugar content is supposed to kill the bacteria , and prevent further growth of bacteria on your skin...try it ...it also reduces scaring on your face. For blackheads, i would recommend a scrub or those blackhead peeling strips. For pimples, wash your face with salt + luke warm water...it is also antibacterial.
