Have you tried helping your body to sweat and get rid of toxins during the day? Like taking a walk. One that is fast enough and long enough to work up a good sweat. Also taking a good long steamy bath. If you are having a problem with toxins. Not saying you do or anything but if you do. You also can take a air bath too. I know it sounds strange but I broke out with a rash once and the air bath seemed to help. Look it up on the Internet. I just went to a place in the house with alot of windows and shed most of what I was wearing. Make sure no one can look in and see you. I would drink some hot tea as well.

more information , such as your age, weight, health issues...

would be useful...

Pre-menopausal?

Have your doctor to a blood test to check your thyroid levels.

Have you been tested for AIDS?

I used to be bothered by allergies that way... i went to an allergy doctor and he gave me some medication and I was better before I even got home.... just a suggestion

Well if you are older, it could be menopause. If not, go to the doctor right away, especially if you have kids, cause they need you.

Stress can cause you to react in many different ways. Sounds like a checkup from your doctor is in order.

I would see your doctor. You may have hormonal issues.He/she can help.

Often times the symptoms you are having are related to liver conditions...such as any form of hepatitis. You should look on Web.MD and list your symptoms on the symptom tracker thing and see what it comes up with!

Check to see if you have been having intermittent fevers. I would also get checked to see if you have TB. Tiredness and night sweats are two signs of TB!

How old are you? Are you starting menopause? Can't answer or give you any advice unless you tell me your age or category or age group.

It actually sounds alot like anxiety, which of course everybody has, but some more than other. Anxiety can result in muscle spasm, or twitches, unexplainable anger, fatigue, nightmares, clammy hands or face, alot of sweating, and more. Have you had an anxiety attack recently? I had them when I was younger, and the more you have them, the more intense and easily susceptible to anxiety you get.

you could be entering into peri-menopause, yes it can happen at your age.

If you use alcohol stop, this is a common problem for anyone who may drink to much Im not calling you a drunk its just an answer to your question.
