Why my skin feels prickly and unbearable?!

Question: Well it's like this...
Lately whenever I get start to get hot and sweat my
skin feels prickly on my face and neck it's crazy feeling
that is just unbearable.
Here is my diagnosis tell me what you think:

I think it is because of the changing weather.
In the summer I was outside and was sweating 23/7
with no problem but now since Hot opens pores
and Cold closes pores I can't sweat.

Does this make sense or could it be something else?

Someone please help it hurts like hell and I need to cool
off every time it doesn't matter where it happens I just run and pour cold water to cool myself off fast so it goes away, even in the shower I have to use freezing waters when it starts.

u could have dry skin. dry skin gets irritated pretty quickly and usually occurs in colder weather. the same thing used 2 happen 2 me when i was in middle school during basketball practice...just buy some moisturizer and use some in the morning when u wake up and right after u take a shower in the evening...it should help. if it doesnt u may want 2 c a doctor

Go to the store and buy some witch hazel it is a natural skin astringent . The witch hazel will open your pours and refresh your skin. Put it on a wash cloth and gently wipe your skin . Its great for sun burns too.
