Thats not possible once HIV is introduced to air it dies,not to mention chlorine .

If someone had sex (or did another activity involving ejaculation) in a swimming pool, the pool will probably be closed for cleaning.
Although it isn't likely HIV will survive long in chlorinated water, there are other diseases that can be transmitted via semen and vaginal fluids. Plus, people don't want to swim in a pool if they know there's gross stuff in the water!
