104!? definitely take him to the hospital, that is way too high of a fever. it could be caused by a number of things. it could be just a bad flu, or something more serious - get him checked out -NOW!!
you should really take him to a doctor ..it might be serious
he has a family that needs to take him to the doctor have you given him tylenol or first off how old is he???

102 degrees is an emergency. You need to get his fever down ASAP with Acetominophen (Tylenol) and probably a cool sponge bath, & then get him to a doctor IMMEDIATELY. 105 degrees can cause convulsions and shortly thereafter death.
ER NOW anything above 102 is serouis 104 is ER time
yea sorry idk what it is but if his temperature is that high i would take him to the hospital A.S.A.P.!

The same thing happened to my brother about 6 months ago, he seen blue dogs and everything. The temperature is what is causing him to see things, but yeah he needs to go to the doctor or somthing to get checked out.

If you are afraid you can't afford a doctor, take him to an emergency room. Most towns have a hospital that must accept patients regardless of ability to pay.
Put him in a cold bath or shower to lower his temperature.
No one can diagnose this problem with the information given. But it is very important to keep his temperature down. I would be afraid to give him Tylenol or Motrin until you knew what was causing his delusions.

I hope you're not still around posting on Y! and reading while your brother's brain is frying..HOSPITAL! Get a blood test.
