Advice on old EKG and current symptoms?!

Question: http://img127.imageshack.us/img127/6663/...
That is an EKG that they took a year to send to me and I have no idea what any of it aside from BPM means. Could someone explain it to me?

Also I have having feelings like.. heaving or jumping in my chest does anyone know what those might be and do oyu think I should have another EKG done?

Thanks!

To sum it all up.. Your EKG looks completely normal. Your heart rate was slightly fast, but that is nothing to worry about.
You mentioned having a Anxiety Disorder, I feel that it is MUCH more likely that your symptoms are related to this problem and not a heart problem.

It's hard to tell but your heart rate is definitely faster than normal. It should have had a diagnosis on there but I didn't see it. You should call the doctor and tell him about your symptoms and ask what treatments are available.

NSR means normal sinus rhythm which is a normal regular heart rhythm. Tachycardia is a heart rate of over 100 and can be normal depending on your level of activity. The feelings you are having sound like palpitations or skipped beats. These can be very common even in normal people and get worse with stress of too much coffee. It is certainly worth your peace of mind to get another electrocardiogram so that you and your doctor know for sure what this is so you don't have to guess and worry about it.
