Ok it is my 5 yr old daughter again ?!
Question: she has a nymp node was swallon for like 3 weeks now and they did a blood test and check for mono but the white blood are high but mono test came back neg but dr still saying it is mono but cant they do other testing to see what it is because isnt a neg for mono a neg . anybody with any suggesting please let me no and if there is anymore test they can do please help me .

Try a swab to the throat, its called a culture.
Takes 10 mins in the office. Sounds to me like she may have strep throat though.
maybe get a 2nd opinion how is she acting is she lethargic? it may be mono then. I would ask another dr. Good luck hope she gets well soon
Does she have a sore throat or any white patches on her throat??? Have they taken a swab for strep?
