there is no cure for diabetes.
it's a lifestyle disease, you just have to control blood sugar levels.

as a doctor, i suggest copious amounts of sugar and corn syrup

we cant cure diabetic but we can have it in control by following some health tips like, excersise daily, greens every day, plenty of taking water, less rice & more greens, walking every day.

Try that link. Not something that has been done in humans, but it is reassuring to know that progress has been made toward eventually being able to cure this disease.

Is it Type 1, type 2 or Diabetes in pregnancy? For all but the pregnancy one there is no known cure, only ways in which to combat the effects. There are clinical trials taking place right now in the UK which will prevent the need for insulin injections. Diabetes in pregnancy can lead to full time diabetes but in most cases it sorts itself out after pregnancy.

You didn't mention if you were talking about type 1 or type 2. Type 1 diabetes is where you are insulin dependent. And for that there is no cure. You need to check your blood sugar level every day and sometimes several times a day to make sure you blood sugar level is good. Diet and exercise plays a big part in type 1 and will determen how much insulin you have to inject.
Type 2 diabetes, is more common with people who are over weight and have had a poor diet throughout ones life with little or no exercise and usually shows up later in ones years. This type 2 diabetes can be controlled and sometimes cured with a good diet, loss of excess weight and exercise. However, it is very hard for one to completely change their lifestyle to meet his change and they soon find them self on oral medications to control their sugar levels. If little or no action is taken to correct their bad eating and exercise habits, they soon find themselves taking oral medication and or insulin injections.
