Just to be on the safe side you both need to visit the "health Clinic" in your town. They can tell you about the blood and at your age, you need to talk to someone about other issues also like birth control and safe sex.

Well if it was your first time, it could have been blood from you. If not, something is wrong. 14 is way to young to have sex. You probably should have done your research and worrying before you decided to have sex.

Color in Semen or Foul Smelling Semen

Red or Brown Colored Semen
If your semen is stained with a red or brown colored fluid it may be caused by blood. Sometimes a small blood vessel may burst when you ejaculate. Within a day or two the semen should return to its normal state, so there should be no need to worry. If it continues then you should see your doctor. Blood in semen may be present for many different reasons, such as infection, trauma and sometimes, but rarely, cancer.

from below

there are other things as bad as HIV and they are legion - STDs include gonorrhea, syphilis, non-gonococcal urethritis, yeast/chlamydia infections, and such. the problem may not have been from your poor boyfried but from you (you have not stated your age nor your prior sexual history/experience). maybe he picked it up from you who in turn picked it up from a past sexual encounter? seek medical attention before it's too late...
