I has been found out that toothpaste kills HIV virus in lab but when used on genitals it doesn't work.
by looking at this experiment I can assume that it can be transfered but only if it had contact with your genitals, mouth or any wounds.
that is why it is safe to use gel soap :)
Also take into consideration that HIV virus can not live long out of human body, so after 15 mins it is probably dead anyway.
