Why has this been happening to only the right side of my face?!
Question: 48, and i sleep on each side of my face, but for the last 3 months, the zits are only breaking out on the right side, even putting nothing on my face after i have cleaned it-please help me if you can think of any reason this would be happening-no, i am not in menapause, nor changed my diet, but i have been taking flax, salmon and evening primrose oil, for my inside health- never heard of zits as side effects,too old for this!

activation of sebaceous glands is hormonal...perhaps you are in peri-menopause and levels of estrogen are beginning to drop and relative androgen level increase could trigger glandular activity...why on one side?????
Well, it does sound like its either one or all of the oils you are taking. Eveybody reacts differently to things. I would stop taking them all and see what happens. If the acne stops then I would reintroduce them one at a time and see if its just one of them and then you can just not take the one that is causing it........
