Can sists turn canserous?!
Question: I do not want to go to the doctor to get this hudge sist removed for a certain reason, plus the fact that I'm scared. so I was thinking that I could just cutt it open and remove what ever is inside of it making it feel like a rock. My friend has a sist though and she told me it was canerous if not dealed properly. Do you have any additional information to help me out on this?

it all depends on what type of cyst it is, some can turn into tumors <which are cancerous> others can weave themselves around the organ if not dealt with right away and then the doctors would have to remove the entire organ...others <like some ovarian cysts> go away on their own, but if the doctor told you to get it removed, then they have very good reasons on why...and you cant cut it open on your own, you could do much more harm than good.

A CYST is more likely to become infected or gangrenous, than CANCEROUS.
If it is gynecological in nature, you could see a female gynecologist. It sounds as if it needs to be treated by a professional.
You do not seem competent enough to care for it yourself, see a professional.
