Everyone has trouble with this at some time. Those "bumps" are plugged glands and soaking in a hot bathtub will help them go away over about a week's time. Do not squeeze them, it can cause an infection deep in the tissues of the labia and then it will have to be lanced open. Leave them alone and they will go away on their own. Only if one becomes very, very swollen, the area is red and painful - then you need to seek medical attention.
Do you shave down there? I get bumps when I shave.

If you are genuinely concerned about you're physical well-being, then you need to go see a Doctor asap,,,if you are a feamale, see a female Doctor / if you're a man,,go see a male Doctor~~ that way you wont be embarrassed to have your exam done by the opposite sex !!!
Also, if anything should be there, such as a disease, or maybe just a heat rash, I for one would most definitely put my mind to rest, to find out one way or the other, to make sure it was'nt something too serious.
