I have been blessed to never have that happen. I do know people that have had it happen, due to poor ventilation and breathing in too much of the toxic fumes. You have overtaxed you respiratory system and your heart because of the fumes.

I also worked with a woman years ago who made the big and dangerous mistake of mixing bleach and ammonia to clean with, passed out and luckily her husband found her before she could not be revived. She actually had chemical burns inside her nose and throat and does not have any sense of smell because of it.

You need to get outside and breathe in some fresh air in order to feel better, and if you still do not feel well, have someone take you to the nearest emergency room.

I use bleach very infrequently, and try to use as many of the natural cleaners whenever I can. White vinegar is wonderful, along with baking soda and you do not have to be concerned with any toxicity with them.

If you look up Green Clean on the Internet, there are a lot of safe choices to choose from.

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.

when your heart starts beating all of a sudden. It means that your heart is trying harder to get more oxygen in your system. The oxygen you are breathing is obviously altered by the bleach scent. all you need is fresh air
