Is it OCD, RLS or WHAT?! please help.?!

Question: Ok so sometimes like I'm using the computer mouse i click it allot and squeeze down it because .. Well it's hard to explain, like they are sort of weak or tired (my fingers). e.g

-Playing xbox - When a game loads or whatever, i always mash the buttons and pull the triggers like heaps. And it's like a big urge. Even when I'm playing, i just forget the game and mash the buttons, because I couldn't take not pressing them all !! I just had to .

-Keyboards- I feel the urge to type heaps and push the keyboard buttons down hard sometimes. Most of the time.

- Fingers - I clench my fingers allot like i have to, because they feel weird. Like tired fingers.

I don't suffer from any panic disorder, and I'm not mad.

It also sort of feels like my fingers are loose or weakish, sometimes tight. OMG it's hard to explain!!

Today i took my fingers away from the xbox controller and there was this urge to press all the buttons. Like when I do it, Its like i cant stop, like a huge URGE

See if it is possible to cut down time you spend with computer games. Enjoy games (real ones), outdoor physical activities and active social life. See if it helps.
Or else have a consultation.
Good luck!
