Constant headache with dizzy spells?!
Question: for the past few days i've felt like i've had a constant headache (this is weird because i have only had about 3 headaches in my life and they haven't lasted long).. i also keep getting dizzy off and on. i'll just be sitting here and feel extremely dizzy and if i get up within a minute i feel like i could pass out in a moment. any ideas as to what could cause this?
also, i'm not on any medications where this could be a side effect and i'm not dehydrated. i know those are common causes so i wanted to cancel them out.

You have not mentioned your age. Anyway, it needs to rule out many conditions, some of them may be serious. I would suggest a consultation ASAP.
