Putting on lotion helps a lot. By having a constant moisture barrier on the outside of your skin, your face will produce/hold an even amount of oils all the time which means less pimples and healthier skin. I would get a gentle face cleanser, use it twice a day, and then after you wash, apply a toner to the skin gently, let that dry, then apply lotion.

hey

drink more water, do not squeeze pimples, do not eat greasy foods. (chicken, penut buttter) etc etc.

try swimming in saltwater.

Dry skin types have to be extremely careful to protect their skin. Yogurt-honey combination helps dry skin. Make an egg pack with a yolk, a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of milk powder.
