What is to know about being anemic?!
Question: I recently found out that I am anemic. The doctor has put me on three doses of iron pills a day. I don't really know a lot about it just that my iron is low along with my blood count. I'm light headed a lot.

Not much else to say really. You may feel very tired , weak or light-headed. It just means that your blood is deficient in some way, in your case iron-deficient. This should be corrected by the medication but do remember to take them. Otherwise you could end up with iron injections or even a blood transfusion.I had this for many years due to heavy periods but I'm fine now.
