Simple moisturizers will do. Whatever lotion you have in the house will be fine. Use plenty of chapstick (lip moisturizer).
I like to wash with Noxema, then rinse it away. I then use a facial moisturizer that's hypo-allergenic, only because I'm allergic to scents. According to Consumer Reports, the inexpensive stuff works just as well as the high-price potions.
My husband uses the same stuff I use, so this works for men and women. We are outside in the wind a lot (harley riders) so we know something about dry skin.
