Is virgin coconut oil good for my skin?!

Question: i have acne prone skin, oily/combo skin, scarring and sometimes mycheeks get flakey.
i was thinking of using this product from the Philippines, Keziah Virgin Coconut oil.

its excellent for the skin, but make sure there are no other fake ingredients in it...it should be organic too
