What are the best foods/drinks to help clear up your skin?!


Question: Drink plenty of water.
Over half our bodies is made up from water.
Having said that problem skin comes from over production of oils in the skin which can be caused by our hormones as teenagers. The good thing is most people do grow out of it.
Find a good cleanser to try and keep the pores open rather than getting blocked with oil from our bodies and grime from the air.

drink water.eat healthy food like fruits and veg...
try to avoid eating fried stuff, chocolate or what so...

Water, vegetables, fresh if possible fruit-all the things that are good for you! Also you may want to consider b complex, and Zinc vitamins and minerals.
