How to cure a really bad cough w/out medication?!
Question: i have a really bad cough that just will not go away! i keep on coughing and coughing and it really hurts my throught. anyone know how to get rid of this cough other than using medicine and/or cough drops? please help! thanks in advance!

First make certain what is causing your cough. If it's due to an ordinary virus, it will run its course without treatment. If it's bacterial, you may need help.
There's really no way to calm the cough without a suppressant of some kind. You can help your thoat by gargling with hot saltwater. Cold and/or hot drinks can also soothe pain. It's possible that you have a viral respiratory infection caused by Ad-14, a really viscious adenovirus that's been responsible for tenacious and bad colds, bronchitis, pneumonia and some deaths, but I certainly can't diagnose you online. Your doctor will have to do that.
You know how they have honey lemon cough drops? Well, you can make your own honey lemon mix.
1 tsp honey
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
Mix in water and take 2-3 times a day.
suck it up. but, see a doc cuz it could be a symptom of something more serious.
