How do i cure flea or tick bites?!

Question: they are in my room and in my bed and can u see them or are they microscopic?
is there medication or anything i needa take

there is no way to "cure" them. u can buy anti itch lotion to stop them from itching though...u need to clean & vacuume your entire room and wash all clothing and bedding..and yes u can actually see fleas..very tiny amd black
