First, from your description, you are probably straining some muscles in your chest and you need to be taking some tylenol or ideally, ibuprofen on a regular basis. This is probably related to your work rather than your heart. Sadness, depression, anxiety can all cause an increased heart rate - unless it is extremely high (over 200), this will not cause problems. If it continues to get worse with regular pain medication, consider getting it checked by a doctor.

lie down flat like u sleep, raise the then try to raise ur upper body n touch ur knee with ur hands -crunches- 10 times. it reduces the soreness. also do breathing exercises. breathe in thru 1 nostril(while other is shut with finger), n breathe out from another -do this for 10 mins everyday. take hot water empty stomach every morning-u can even heat cinnamon or corriander leaves 1 spoon in it. this wud surely help. God bless u......... dont take foods that cause acidity. 2 -dont stress, i had same prob due to stress. 3 -avoid caffeeine chocolates.

You might want to go get a chest x-ray. It sounds like you have a pneumothorax. I'm pretty sure you do just by the way you describe it.
