any good health food store should carry it. mine cost fifteen dollars. you can probably get it for less in a discount chain store or ask the pharmacist in your local drug store if they carry them. it looks like a little teapot.
just google neti pot. or go to the national allergy assoc. web site. i have one and it works great!
