Eczema - help!!!!?!
Question: ive had eczema for years, ive tried everything,all the E45,silcocks base and all them creams.even the cortozone ones which ive been prescribed,seaweed baths,everything!! but it still somes back everytime!! anyone know of any possible foods that irritate this?

All dairy products and a lot of nut products and STRESS !

Was told to avoid dairy products
Use skimmed milk instead of full fat!
I love cheese...and occassionally eat it...but I know when I have as I itch like mad!
I don't think there is a "cure" for eczema - just some temporary relief. Sunlight helps. Take less frequent baths. Use Lubath oil instead of soap. Find a mild detergent to wash your clothing. Food allergies can make the problem worse. Some foods that you may want to avoid - tomatoes, peanuts, dairy, chocolate, and fried foods. Cortizone solutions do help.
my sister had it on her legs and we found out it was the carpet bringing it on,
when you are trying to find out if it is food , you need to cut one thing out of your diet at a time to see if it makes a difference.
