Well, if this guy is smart he would go into the bathroom and wash up before sexual contact. Of course it has semen, urine, ect on it because it comes in contact with that stuff all day long. Good new is that none of that stuff will really hurt you. If he smells funny, dont do it..
Most men don't wipe the tip of the penis after they urinate, as a result urine will dry around the opening over the first 1-2 hours after they urinated.

Make sure you have a condom around since one thing does lead to another.
if he wipes after he pees then there shouldn't be any. the only thing that could be in there is std so use condoms even for oral sex u ca still get an std from oral almost as easily as regular sex.
