Can a person have Measles and Chicken Pox at the same time?!

Question: Of course. Just because the viruses are different has no bearing on whether or not you can have them both at the same time. Just like you can have the flu and chicken pox at the same time. Or a cold and rotavirus at the same time. Its called Comorbidity.
Now, it would be odd if someone had both at the same time, but if a person is immunocompromised and was around someone with measles and chicken pox, then sure. They could get both.

no because both are caused by two different virus and they both need individual stage to multiply and they definitly never occur at the same time.

Anything is possible,if you think someone has both get them to a doctor so it can be confirmed. They will probably need to be in hospital.Hope all turns out well.

Yes, it is possible theoretically. I have never seen this practically. 2 different viruses can infect a person at the same time.

Yes you can, but the odds of it happening are extremely remote. With the vaccines given today, there are fewer cases of chicken pox and even fewer cases of measles out there. An individual would have to have not received their immunizations and then be in 2 wrong places at the right time to be exposed by two different people who had active infections, and then actually come down with both diseases. Just because a person is exposed doesn't mean they will get the disease, even if they aren't immune.
