If you are sure it's excema, and not just some sort of irritation from something you do, they make a cream called Elicon prescribed by a doctor that will get rid of it in no time. But it is a prescription so see a dermatologist or even a general practitioner like a pediatrician or family doctor. Also, excema is made worse by any extra wetness or moisture. Excema does tend to show up in skin creases.
It might also be allergies or topical dermatitis, caused by perfumes or some other type of soap or lotion you are using. Get it diagnosed.

Are you sure it is excema? If it is then you should get a champori anti-eczema cream; it works really well.
You first need to ensure that it is eczema in the first place before applying any medications. Wrong medications can cause harm.
