Question: I have a fever, and I can only breath through my mouth. When I take a deep breath in and out, I feel crackeling and pressure in my chest area. When I cough, my chest hurts and I feel all achey.

you might have some sort of cold, i assume you're breathing through your mouth coz your nose is blocked or congested. you should also seek out a real doctor, don't rely solely on yahoo answers.
