Why do I feel like I'm going to throw up my meal after I just ate it?!

Question: I know this isn't a very fun question but it's serious for me, and I don't think it's b/c I've eaten too much. A lot of times it happens before I've even finished the meal. I'll be in the middle of chewing up a bite and all of a sudden I feel as if I'm going to hurl. Maybe it's just in my head, I don't know. Please help???

I used to feel that way befor i had my gull blader removed and i am not saying you need yours removed Laura because it maybe malfuctioning. I would mention it to the Doctor on my next visit because you should'nt have to put up with this in this day and age.
MY 14 year old GranDaughter felt the same as you and she allso had her gull blader removed and now she can eat like a horse :P

It may happen because of stomach upset. When you eat food, the food goes to stomach, there are chemical reactions in the stomach and if your stomach is upset, some gases are released. In normal course, these gases are taken care by burps, however in extreme cases, these burps doesn't find it's way out and you may feel like throwing up. You may try drinking around 2 liters of water every day to get your stomach back in order. Usually, that cleans up the system and makes your healthy. In case if it is troubling you much, please see a doctor.

Could be an allergy reaction to certain types of food. Ask your doctor to test you for allergies.

Good luck.

i think you're suffering from bulimia wherein you're feeling to throw out all you eat. This is an eating disorder and i think you have to see your physician asap so that you'll know what are the things you have to do.

Do you feel this way with everything you eat or a particular food? I was thinking of lactose intolerance or food allergies. You may have a nervous disposition or a tummy bug. Its hard to pinpoint.
Try going on a detox diet for two days and drink lots of water as well.
